First Look at Willamette Valley Vineyards.
Lindy and Michael had their first look at Willamette Valley Vineyards just moments before their ceremony. Literally…moments before. All of their guests were seated, waiting under the custom designed canopy overlooking the gorgeous and ready to be harvested vineyards. The ceremony was to begin momentarily, but Lindy and Micheal needed a moment to see each other. Feeling anxious and nervous, as soon as their eyes met, every worry in the world melted away. We placed grooms men at all entrances to hold off foot traffic for 5 minutes as Juli and I sat back to try and capture this moment for what it was. It was really special to be witness to the love and support that seems to come so natural in this relationship. There was nothing for us to do but sit back amongst the wine barrels an press the shutter button. This moment was truly an inspiration, and is precisely what we love about being involved in the wedding process. Juli and I shared a few connected smiles across the room at each other as the emotion in the storage room was palpable. The light was directional and beautiful, energy vibrated through the room and the scent of freshly crushed grapes and white oak lingered through the entire experience. Awesome!
