DeArmond Garden Estate

I must agree with Paul Rich that Bridal Veil Lakes is one of my favorite wedding venues in Oregon. The abundant shade, lush and varied surroundings, and private atmosphere make it one of the most magical and photogenic locations I know.

A few weeks ago, while photographing Carley and Jon’s wedding, I added another venue to my list of favorites: DeArmond Garden Estate. Just 20 minutes outside of Portland, this magnificent property boasts several beautiful spaces, including a cutting garden, an observatory, a grand lawn, and an orchard, just to name a few. It’s a beautiful place to begin your marriage, and it photographs well, to boot:)
