The Game of Life

Since 1860, people have enjoyed playing the Game of Life. The metaphors are all there on the board. College, marriage, children and all the ups and downs in-beween.

This wedding was held at the beautiful historic Columbia Gorge Hotel. Much like the Game of Life, the unpredictable happened. A forest fire broke out across the highway where another wedding was taking place. They evacuated the park and everyone descended on the hotel. My bride offered the displaced bride the use of the ceremony site. That has to be great karma, right?
