Meagan wanted to create an image from her wedding day that was just for her new husband, Joe, so we snuck off late into the reception and found our way back to the ceremony location. The sun had set about 15 minutes prior to us being able to get away, so there was just a hint of twilight bouncing off of the clear Autumn sky. I threw a handful of the petals that were strewn along the aisle into the air and, ever so slowly, made a few exposures. Even though there is a slight blur from the very long exposure, I still think it’s perfect. And so did Joe.
