We’re all so lucky to be wedding photographers in Portland!  One week we may find ourselves  surrounded by the historic elegance of The Governor or Benson hotels, the next finds us shooting against the breath taking backdrop of Timberline Lodge .  But no setting can match the contagious joy of our spectacular couples….

Jesse and Marites celebrated their wedding in true Portland style: preparation at The Nines, a joyful mass at St. Patrick’s Church, and one heck of a party at Clyde Common!  So what the heck is going on here and what does it have to do with a Portland wedding ?  This picture goes to prove that necessity is the mother of invention – the order of the guys procession was determined by a book, a pool ball (courtesy of The Nines lobby bar),  and the law of gravity.  See more of Jesse and Marites’s wedding celebration on The Shutter Monkey.
